Warranty coverage varies depending on the brand and type of watch you purchase. Here is an overview of what our warranty entails:
Our Warranty: For watches covered by our warranty, we provide an extended two-year worldwide warranty or a one- or two-year international manufacturer's warranty. This warranty covers the internal mechanism of the watch. In the unlikely event that your watch requires repair or maintenance due to manufacturing defects, you can simply send it back to us and we will take care of the repairs. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping costs.
Watches shipped with manufacturer's warranty: For watches shipped with manufacturer's warranty cards, we will assist you in the event that your local service center is unable to repair the watch. You can send your watch to us for service and we will take care of the necessary repairs. Warranty Procedure: If you experience any issues with your watch that is covered by our warranty, please contact us by email, providing the details of the issue. Our team will investigate the issue and guide you through the necessary steps. Depending on the situation, we may ask you to take your watch to an authorized service center or send it back to us for repairs. We will take care of the service and ensure that your watch is returned to you in tip-top condition.
Specific Brands: For some specific brands such as Sevenfriday, Oris, Tag Heuer and Longines, we cover all these watches with our warranty. Please note that these watches are pre-registered with the brand.

What is covered under the warranty?
Your warranty covers the internal mechanism of the watch.
What is not covered? Any physical damage such as:
• Damage caused by water/humidity
• Damage to the watch case or glass
• Missing stones or gems (e.g. from a watch face)
• Damage to the bracelet/strap or watch straps
• Damage to crown/stem or finishes
• Damage to clasps/buckles
• Signs of wear on the watch due to normal daily use
• Battery damage
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by conditions outside the guidelines specified by the manufacturer. This includes defects caused by external forces, misuse, or exceeding the manufacturer's water resistance guidelines. It is important to follow the recommended use and care instructions to ensure the longevity of your watch.
We would also like to point out that having your watch repaired by a third party will void our warranty. Our service center can easily identify if a watch has been repaired elsewhere and in such cases, any necessary repairs will be charged.
