RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We're committed to offering you the best in quality and value. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we'll happily return it and refund your full purchase price.

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products used or damaged by the customer will not be refunded.

Request your Return Authorization Number by sending an email to support@tikaworld.com with the detailed reason for the return and attaching a photo or video of the product to support your request. After approval, you will receive the Return Authorization Number and the address of the nearest warehouse to ship the product you wish to return.

To ensure your refund, please use a trackable mail service. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Upon receipt of the package, the products will be inspected and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address used at the time of purchase.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved, which means the money is immediately transferred from our account. If you haven't received a refund yet, please double-check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company: it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Therefore, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is credited. We've noticed that some credit card companies take up to 30 days to verify that the refund has been credited to your card. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

How long does delivery take?

All orders ship within 2-3 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at support@tikaworld.com

(This policy excludes errors made by customers in providing shipping details on their orders or failed deliveries of packages.)

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

All tracking numbers will be emailed to the customer as soon as tracking information is available.

I entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, please email us as soon as possible: we may be able to resolve the issue. However, we can't promise anything, as all our items are usually processed immediately after ordering and shipped the same day or a few days later. If your order is already shipping, we won't be able to interrupt it.

We will not be responsible if you enter an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and simply follows the instructions provided.

Right of withdrawal

If you purchased a product online from tikAworld (PGNP by Panpech Pajaree) as a consumer (i.e. for personal and non-professional use), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason .

To exercise your right of withdrawal, all you need to do is:

·         Please send us written notification within 14 days of delivery.

·         Return the product within a further 14 days of the withdrawal request.

Refund conditions:

·         The product must be returned intact , unused , complete with original packaging and accessories.

·         Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

·         The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment, using the same payment method.

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

·         Sealed products opened after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons.

·         Personalized or made-to-measure items.

·         Products already installed or damaged.
