PARALLEL IMPORTATION AND GUARANTEE
TikaWorld operates as a parallel importer, purchasing authentic watches from authorized international retailers. For this reason, we offer our own in-house warranty, which replaces that of the original manufacturer.

OUR GUARANTEE
- Duration: 2 years from date of purchase
- Cover: internal mechanism of the watch
- Validity: throughout the European Union
- Management: through qualified assistance centers partnered with TikaWorld

WHAT IS COVERED
✅ Movement manufacturing defects
✅ Internal mechanism malfunctions
✅ Operational problems not due to improper use

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
❌ Water/moisture damage beyond specifications
❌ Damage to case, glass, crown, bracelet
❌ Normal wear and tear from daily use
❌ Damage from falls or impacts
❌ Repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties
❌ Battery damage (for quartz watches)

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

2. Provide order number and description of problem
3. Get shipping instructions
4. Send the watch to our service center
5. Receive your repaired watch within 15-20 business days

- Shipping to the service center: at the customer's expense
- Warranty repair: free
- Return shipping: free
- Damage assessment: free

EU CONSUMER RIGHTS
This warranty does not limit your consumer rights under European law. You always have the right to legal remedies for non-compliant products.

IMPORTANT
The warranty is voided if the watch is repaired by centers not authorized by TikaWorld. Our technicians can easily identify unauthorized repairs.
