1. Order Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Italy: 1-3 business days

European Union: 3-7 business days

Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., bad weather, courier delays, holidays, foreign customs).

4. Shipping Costs
Italy: Free for orders over €120.00

Europe: €15.00

Rest of the World: €  29,00

5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your watch's delivery in real time.

6. Duties and Customs Taxes (for shipments outside the EU)
For orders outside the European Union, any customs taxes, VAT, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated by the destination country's customs office.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for any additional costs before completing your order.

7. Non-Delivery or Incorrect Address
We are not responsible for delays or non-deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided at the time of purchase.
If the package is returned, it can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

8. Products Damaged During Shipping
If you receive a damaged watch, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [customer email] and attach photos of the damage and the package. We will evaluate the replacement or refund according to our return policy.
