Shipping processing times
All orders placed before 1:00 PM are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
In case of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there are significant delays in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times
Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Occasionally, delays in delivery may occur.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships, containing your tracking number(s). Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
Goods depart from Italy, and there are no customs fees throughout Europe. PGNP by Pajaree Panpech is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order for shipments outside the European Union. All charges incurred during or after shipping (taxes, fees, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Pajaree Panpech's PGNP is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged merchandise before filing a claim.
Return Policy
We're committed to offering you the best quality and value; if for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, we'll happily return it and refund your full purchase price.
1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Products used or damaged by the customer will not be refunded.
2. Request your Return Authorization Number by sending an email to support@tikaworld.com with a detailed reason for the return and a photo or video of the product to support your request. After approval, you will receive the Return Authorization Number and the address of the nearest warehouse to ship the product you wish to return.
3. To ensure your refund, please use a traceable mail service; we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
4. Upon receipt of the package, the products will be inspected and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. A refund receipt will be sent to the email address used for the original purchase.
