Our 14-Day Return Policy
Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Despite the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund within 10 working days through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
